Stretch n' Flex

In this 30 minute class, students can either stand up or sit down, or even do both! Exercises include toning with light hand weights or therabands for upper body, lower body, abdominal, and low back exercises. Every exercise is followed by a stretch to release tension and increase flexibility. The perfect class for overall body toning in a fun, group atmosphere!

Jazzercise

Taught by Kathy Roberts, this is an excellent form of exercise. This class varies from moderate to vigorous exercise. Click here to find out more!
